A festive mimosa with fresh clementine juice

Ingredients
½ Coop clementine
Pinch of ground nutmeg
Pinch of ground cinnamon
50ml Coop rum
100ml Coop Irresistible Prosecco
Method
Combine the zest and juice of ½ clementine with a pinch each of nutmeg and cinnamon.
Pour in a glass with ice and add the rum.
Top up with Prosecco.
